Prepares and ships wine samples, manages shipping documentation and tracking, enters wine composition and chemistry data into ERP and winemaking systems, and organizes tastings. Coordinates with winery operations, compliance, bottling, and winemakers to fulfill requests, prioritize workflow, manage documentation, perform basic blends and trials, and track supplies. The role follows plant and laboratory safety procedures and works onsite across office, laboratory, cellar, and outdoor environments.

Drive profitable sales growth across New York City and Connecticut by developing market strategies, managing distributor and key account relationships, executing pricing and promotional programs, analyzing performance, and supporting national account initiatives. The role leads territory planning, wholesaler business reviews, team engagement, and talent development while overseeing revenue, budgets, market share, distribution, and profitability.

Conducts product sampling and quality tests for wine bottling operations, including torque, fill height, dissolved oxygen, CO2, particle, and alcohol analyses. Inspects production lines, packaging, labels, weights, and code dates; calibrates equipment; documents results; makes accept/reject decisions; manages QC supplies; supports sanitation, CIP, changeovers, SOPs, HACCP, BRC, GFSI, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end supply chain (procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, customer service), own ERP implementation and modernization, deploy AI/automation for forecasting and procurement, build supplier sustainability and ethical sourcing programs (B Corp, ROC, SEDEX/SMETA, HRDD), partner with IT and Finance, and scale a high-performing team to support growth and certification requirements.
