Leads winery events from planning through closeout, including staffing, vendor coordination, budgets, facility readiness, setup, live service, and post-event follow-up. Supervises Event Captains and supports Wine Educators and tasting room operations. Hosts client site visits, resolves real-time service issues, maintains hospitality standards, and collaborates with culinary and leadership teams to deliver elevated events. Requires flexible on-site availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event shifts.

Prepares and ships wine samples, manages shipping documentation and tracking, enters wine composition and chemistry data into ERP and winemaking systems, and organizes tastings. Coordinates with winery operations, compliance, bottling, and winemakers to fulfill requests, prioritize workflow, manage documentation, perform basic blends and trials, and track supplies. The role follows plant and laboratory safety procedures and works onsite across office, laboratory, cellar, and outdoor environments.

Drive profitable sales growth across New York City and Connecticut by developing market strategies, managing distributor and key account relationships, executing pricing and promotional programs, analyzing performance, and supporting national account initiatives. The role leads territory planning, wholesaler business reviews, team engagement, and talent development while overseeing revenue, budgets, market share, distribution, and profitability.
