Oversee the dealership sales desk, structure and approve vehicle deals, support Sales Consultants, and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Analyze financing, trade-ins, incentives, pricing, and deal performance; coach sales staff on negotiations and closing; monitor leads, appointments, sales metrics, inventory, and compliance; resolve escalated customer issues; and coordinate transitions to the F&I department.

Facilitates vehicle and finance product sales, presents financing and insurance options, submits deals to lenders, verifies compliance and documentation, and ensures timely funding, titling, registration, and collection of transaction funds. Maintains knowledge of lender programs, consumer finance laws, dealership policies, and available ancillary products while meeting product penetration targets and providing professional customer service.

Serve as brand ambassador in the showroom: greet customers, educate on vehicles and features, manage CRM contacts and follow-ups, support test drives and deliveries, attend training, meet sales and KPI targets, troubleshoot vehicle tech, work evenings/weekends, and maintain professional presentation.
