Design and implement high-volume, low-latency APIs for a scalable payments infrastructure platform. Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Marketing, and Product teams across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Build secure, distributed features at scale, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership within an agile environment.

Monitor and investigate card fraud alerts, tune rules and velocity controls, coordinate with processors/sponsor banks and disputes, maintain fraud tracker and SOPs, participate in on-call rotations, and coach analysts to reduce false positives and losses while improving authorization success.

Manage and execute operational risk activities across card issuing and payments. Maintain risk frameworks, run RCSAs, track incidents/losses, define KRIs, support incident investigations and remediation, prepare dashboards and evidence for audits/regulators, and support product/technology risk assessments and operational resilience activities.
