Conduct market research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate brand performance and perception. Monitor brand metrics, develop audience segmentation, recommend optimizations for web, blog, and social channels, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally to support brand campaigns and strategy.

Plan, execute, and monitor brand advertising campaigns; manage timelines, deliverables, and agency partners; maintain campaign documentation and PM tools; collaborate with Brand Analyst and stakeholders to review performance, recommend optimizations, support cross-functional promotions, and resolve risks to ensure campaign success.

Supervise auto claims operations, quality assurance, early fraud warning, and compliance. Coach, train, and evaluate team members; manage staffing, performance plans, and hiring. Interpret regulatory changes, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate across divisions to improve claims processes, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Support special projects and continuous operational improvements.

Manage auto physical damage claims end-to-end, including coverage verification, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, settlements, subrogation, fraud referral, vendor coordination, and customer communications while ensuring timely dispositions and regulatory compliance.
