Develops and administers employee wellness and engagement programs, analyzes participation and healthcare-related metrics, manages the employee intranet, coordinates events, conducts surveys, communicates initiatives, manages vendors, and submits award applications. The role collaborates with benefits, fitness, brand, culture, and divisional wellness teams to improve program impact and participation.

Performs data analysis and technical support for Financial Services. Develops SQL queries and data transformation scripts, tests systems and reports, acquires and validates data, creates financial and regulatory reports, supports forecasting and KPI monitoring, troubleshoots application and data issues, coordinates small technical projects, and recommends process improvements.

Leads underwriting training, onboarding, quality assurance, coaching, and process improvement programs. Supervises team members, manages employee lifecycle activities, coordinates underwriting initiatives, evaluates performance and transaction audits, and develops remediation plans. Serves as a technical resource on personal lines underwriting, regulatory requirements, procedures, and risk assessment while collaborating with leadership and business stakeholders to improve quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Develop, code, test, debug, and maintain software to implement business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders and supervisors to analyze program performance, document requirements and resolutions, refine data outputs, and follow company development standards. Work additional hours as needed and maintain confidentiality.
