Owns customer quality resolution from complaint to closure, leading cross-functional teams to perform failure analysis, drive corrective actions, reduce defects, support NPI, and improve cycle time and customer loyalty. Interfaces with customers, internal factories, and participates in CAB/MRB while supporting reliability, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction activities.

Provide first-line IT support and monitoring for manufacturing and business systems (Windows/Linux/MES). Troubleshoot end-user computing, business applications, and shopfloor/tester systems; escalate complex issues to regional/global teams. Deliver remote support across sites, document knowledge, and participate in 24x7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous service availability.

The role involves leading a wireless modem systems team in UWB productization, managing system issues, and developing test plans and algorithms.
