Develops and expands strategic commercial accounts across assigned territories to drive profitable growth for precast and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, territory planning, pipeline and forecast reporting, customer visits, job-site engagement, trade events, and coordinating technical solutions across NWPX locations. The role requires frequent regional travel, independent execution, construction-industry knowledge, and experience selling to developers, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders.

Supports project managers with product design and redesign for welded steel pipe and precast infrastructure projects. Compiles contract requirements, customer preferences, and manufacturing limitations into design drawing packages, bills of materials, and Track.net records. Supports estimating, coordinates with project managers, and may manage low-profile projects from start to finish. Requires the ability to interpret civil and mechanical drawings, apply surveying and trigonometry, and use CAD and spreadsheet software.

Provides second-tier technical support by troubleshooting desktop applications, hardware, peripherals, network connectivity, user accounts, and system alerts. Manages support tickets, performs remote and hands-on diagnostics, installs and configures software and hardware, documents resolutions, conducts root-cause analysis, and escalates or resolves issues. Supports first-tier staff and assists infrastructure projects while administering Active Directory permissions and Windows domain systems.
