Teams at NWPX Infrastructure

Provides second-tier technical support by troubleshooting desktop applications, hardware, peripherals, network connectivity, user accounts, and system alerts. Manages support tickets, performs remote and hands-on diagnostics, installs and configures software and hardware, documents resolutions, conducts root-cause analysis, and escalates or resolves issues. Supports first-tier staff and assists infrastructure projects while administering Active Directory permissions and Windows domain systems.

Manages infrastructure projects from contract initiation through close-out, including specifications, drawings, submittals, project files, vendor proposals, customer relationships, manufacturing and delivery coordination, schedules, change orders, cost control, claims, and reporting. Ensures contractual obligations, budgets, timelines, and customer needs are met while coordinating with engineering, operations, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.

Develops and expands strategic commercial accounts across assigned territories to drive profitable growth for precast and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, territory planning, pipeline and forecast reporting, customer visits, job-site engagement, trade events, and coordinating technical solutions across NWPX locations. The role requires frequent regional travel, independent execution, construction-industry knowledge, and experience selling to developers, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
