Provides first-line IT support for business systems and end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and printers. Handles incidents, service requests, application support, Active Directory administration, installations, asset management, and user account changes. Contributes to hardware builds, software deployments, network configuration, knowledge-base documentation, and IT service improvement while following ITIL practices. The role also includes occasional travel to other company locations.
