Lead the Firmware Regression and DevOps team, owning regression processes, CI infrastructure, automation, bug triage, quality reporting, and firmware release readiness. Manage engineers, improve test coverage and infrastructure reliability, integrate AI-powered tools, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with firmware release teams to ensure high-quality networking firmware releases.

Lead product definition, execution, and go-to-market for AI physics models, libraries, and frameworks. Collaborate with engineering, developer relations, marketing, and sales; present to internal and external audiences; prioritize projects; translate technical capabilities into developer and customer value.

Optimize and implement deep learning model kernels and libraries (e.g., Transformer Engine) for efficient scaling on NVIDIA GPUs. Collaborate on systems research, benchmark and submit results to community standards (MLPerf), engage with open-source and enterprise partners, and influence hardware and platform design.
