Lead planning, coordination, communication, and execution of four signature community campaigns across multiple client accounts. Serve as primary client contact, manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional handoffs. Conduct outbound calls, track progress, flag risks, support media outreach and events, and manage reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups to improve processes.
