Lead and supervise drying and powder processing operations, manage a team of Drying Technicians, operate and troubleshoot drying equipment and PLC control panels, maintain production reports and quality checks, enforce cGMP and safety standards, support preventative maintenance, and train staff. Schedule includes rotating shifts and on-call duties.

Lead day-to-day plant production activities in a hands-on role, supervising a small production team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Provide coaching, troubleshoot equipment and production issues, step into production as needed, support training and performance management, and drive continuous improvement and inventory readiness.

Supervise second-shift processing operations, coordinate workflow, assist with hands-on processing and equipment operation, enforce cGMP and safety, capture production data, troubleshoot issues, and train team members to meet production and quality goals.
