Teams at Nutrition 101, LLC

Develops and manages company-wide training programs for safe operations, employee competency, cross-training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Assesses training needs, creates curricula and competency assessments, delivers classroom and hands-on instruction, and operates a Train-the-Trainer program. Partners with Operations, Safety, HR, Quality, Transportation, and plant leadership across multiple sites. Implements an LMS and training dashboard while traveling regularly to company locations.

Lead daily drying and powder-processing operations, supervise and develop Drying Technicians, operate and monitor dryers, evaporators, and PLC systems, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate workflow, support maintenance, and maintain production and quality records. Ensure compliance with cGMPs and safety standards while driving production efficiency and process improvements. Prepare materials for shipment and respond to operational, equipment, and safety issues in a physically demanding facility environment.
