Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support for scheduling, clinical, HR, marketing, and management teams. Tasks include data entry, supply procurement, kit assembly, basic IT support, billing audit assistance, errands and local pickups, inventory management, and maintaining office compliance and learning materials. Flexible, hands-on role with training provided.

Manage post-offer onboarding workflow: verify documentation, schedule orientations and trainings, run Paycom and I-9/E-Verify processes, track compliance (TB, fingerprinting, vaccinations), maintain HRIS records and trackers, coordinate with Recruiting and Team Relations, and produce onboarding materials and reports.
