Supervise daily clinical operations for a Santa Barbara home health team, oversee staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, promote high-quality patient care, and support team development and quality improvement. Coordinates clinical infusion services, including referrals, patient needs assessment, scheduling admissions and visits, care coordination, physician orders, documentation review, nurse supervision, compliance monitoring, and onboarding or training. Ensures infusion care meets applicable regulations, accreditation standards, clinical requirements, and company policies while supporting safe, high-quality patient care.

Provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to a medically complex pediatric client in the home. Responsibilities include ventilator monitoring, tracheostomy care and suctioning, G/J-tube feedings and medications, respiratory and vital-sign monitoring, infection control, documentation, and communicating changes to the clinical team. Requires an unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license, ventilator/tracheostomy and G/J-tube experience, CPR/BLS certification, background screening, and the ability to work independently.

Provides overnight, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home on weekends. Responsibilities include tracheostomy and ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G-tube feeding, medication administration, monitoring respiratory status, following care plans, communicating with family and clinicians, and documenting care.

Leads front-office operations for a homecare branch, manages client service staff, supports contracts and negotiations, resolves client concerns, ensures staffing coverage, coordinates recruitment initiatives, supports customer satisfaction, and monitors daily operational reporting.

Provide in-home infusion care, administer and teach specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables, access and maintain vascular access devices, perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and emergency procedures. Coordinate care with nursing leadership, document plan of care and patient changes, follow infection control, manage supplies, and travel within assigned region with on-call flexibility.

Travel regionally and accept flexible/alternate shifts and on-call duties.

Provide compassionate pediatric nursing care across settings, pick up per-diem shifts, perform assessments, treatments, and daily care, collaborate with healthcare team, follow homecare protocols, complete skills assessments, and maintain required health clearances and certifications.

Provide in-home infusion nursing care including administration and education for specialty pharmacy therapies. Maintain and access vascular devices, perform phlebotomy and lab processing, coordinate care with nursing leadership, document patient changes, follow infection control, respond to emergencies (CPR), travel regionally, and meet productivity and quality standards.

Provide one-on-one in-home pediatric nursing for an 11-year-old, including G-tube feedings/flushes, medication administration, nebulizer treatments, safe wheelchair transfers, monitoring/support during shifts, and occasional overnight care. Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and complete required screenings and assessments.

Provide in-home and outpatient infusion nursing, including administration and patient teaching of specialty pharmacy therapies, vascular access (PICC/ports/midlines), phlebotomy, wound care, assessments, and emergency procedures. Coordinate care with nursing leadership, update plans of care, follow infection control, manage supplies, and be available for travel, alternate shifts, and on-call field visits.

Provide in-home infusion care, teach self-administration of specialty therapies, access and maintain IV/CVAD devices, perform phlebotomy and labs, coordinate care, manage supplies, and respond to emergencies.
