Provide in-home infusion care and education, administer specialty pharmacy therapies and injectables, access and maintain vascular devices, perform phlebotomy and lab processing, coordinate care with nursing leadership, manage supplies and documentation, and respond to emergencies. Travel regionally and be available for flexible shifts and on-call field visits.

Provide in-home infusion and specialty pharmacy therapy administration and teaching, maintain vascular access devices, perform assessments/wound care/phlebotomy, coordinate care with nursing leadership, follow infection control and safety protocols, travel regionally and be available for on-call field visits.

Provide quality in-home infusion care and teach self-administration of specialty pharmacy therapies and injectables. Perform vascular access (SPC/PIV/Midlines, PICC/ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, lab processing, wound care, assessments, medication management, and CPR/emergency procedures. Coordinate patient care with nursing leadership, maintain documentation and infection control, travel within assigned region, work flexible/alternate shifts, and complete required skills assessments and compliance checks.
