Own the unified communications product roadmap and ecosystem strategy (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). Conduct customer research and market analysis, build business cases, define positioning, and drive integrations with partners. Serve as Product Owner for development teams, prioritize and shape features, coordinate go-to-market activities, and communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders.
