Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, calibrating roles with founders and leadership, managing high-touch candidate experiences, closing candidates, and building recruiting infrastructure such as ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral programs. The role requires independent execution in a fast-growing startup and is based in person in New York.

Own the customer support queue for an accounting SaaS platform, diagnosing issues through data, logs, queries, and ERP integrations. Resolve problems end to end, including shipping well-understood fixes with AI coding tools.
