Own complex sales tax support cases from investigation through resolution, including discrepancies, notices, registrations, refunds, and state inquiries. Manage strategic customer accounts, research primary tax sources, communicate clearly with clients, document solutions, troubleshoot Shopify, Stripe, and API integrations, and provide actionable engineering feedback. Share knowledge and improve support processes and documentation.

Develop and expand Numeral’s ERP partner ecosystem, especially across Sage and Acumatica. Build executive relationships, identify and recruit new partners, create referral and reseller opportunities, deliver presentations and demos, enable partners, support co-selling, and develop joint go-to-market strategies. Own partner plans, pipeline generation, revenue forecasting, engagement, retention, and expansion while collaborating cross-functionally to drive sourced revenue.

Lead strategic finance projects involving pricing, product economics, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, capital allocation, and business planning. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and leadership to evaluate investments and drive implementation. Build financial models, board and investor materials, and finance systems. Analyze SaaS metrics, customer economics, profitability, and growth while improving reporting through AI, automation, and data-quality initiatives.
