Teams at Numeral

Lead strategic finance projects involving pricing, product economics, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, capital allocation, and business planning. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and leadership to evaluate investments and drive implementation. Build financial models, board and investor materials, and finance systems. Analyze SaaS metrics, customer economics, profitability, and growth while improving reporting through AI, automation, and data-quality initiatives.

Own and scale Numeral’s marketing operations infrastructure, including HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, advertising integrations, conversion tracking, inbound routing, reporting, and data quality. Build automated spend and pipeline reporting, improve CRM and lifecycle processes, analyze funnel performance, and provide actionable recommendations to Growth and leadership. This founding role establishes the marketing operations function and supports scalable, compliant GTM execution.

Build and scale Numeral’s Customer Success function, including segmentation, engagement models, health scoring, renewal workflows, playbooks, metrics, and automation. Lead strategic customer relationships, improve adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, hire and coach CSMs, and represent customer needs across Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement and operational execution.
