Owns events from concept and account targeting through sponsorships, logistics, on-site execution, Salesforce documentation, and sales follow-up. The role focuses on generating pipeline and revenue, optimizing event strategy, creating outreach, managing vendors and budgets, reporting outcomes, and building scalable event systems. It partners closely with sales, partnerships, and growth leadership across dinners, trade shows, and FinTech conferences.

Build production software while working directly with customers on technical implementations, onboarding, debugging, integrations, and workflow automation. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable product features. Own engineering projects from requirements through deployment, improve APIs and developer tooling, and serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, establish scalable recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and track recruiting metrics. The role is the first dedicated technical recruiting position and will help define hiring standards and practices at a high-growth AI-native company.
