Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and accounting subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Translate practitioner workflows into product requirements, represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning, support enterprise and strategic sales cycles, identify market opportunities, and build credibility in new verticals. Advise strategic partners and prospects, participate in industry events and public speaking, and contribute to broader cross-functional initiatives.

Recruit and onboard new partners, deliver enablement through trainings and playbooks, track referrals in Salesforce and PRM systems, support co-marketing initiatives, nurture relationships, escalate opportunities, and report channel health metrics. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, pipeline management, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with travel for partner events and conferences.

Lead and build the strategic finance and FP&A function: own the operating model, budgeting/forecasting, capital allocation analyses, GTM and SaaS metric analytics, headcount planning, ERP/finance systems migrations, international consolidations, board reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to inform leadership decisions and support company growth.

Lead international product launches and design scalable VAT/GST tax workflows, combining process design, automation (RPA, SQL, AI agents), SOPs, and cross-functional coordination to support compliance and scale global operations.
