Own the full lifecycle of B2B events, from concept, targeting, sponsorships, and logistics through on-site execution, Salesforce documentation, and sales follow-up. Develop event strategies that generate pipeline and revenue, collaborate with sales and partnerships leadership, create outreach campaigns, manage budgets and vendors, report outcomes, and build scalable systems for increasing event volume.

Build production software while working directly with customers on technical implementations, onboarding, integrations, debugging, and workflow automation. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable product features. Own engineering projects from requirements through deployment, improve APIs and developer experience, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, establish scalable recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and use recruiting metrics to drive accountability. The role is the first dedicated technical recruiter at Numeral and will help build the company’s recruiting function and technical organization.
