Analyze SaaS growth, profitability, unit economics, pricing, and capital allocation while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Accounting, and Data. Improve planning and reporting through AI, automation, and stronger data quality.

Own and scale Numeral’s marketing operations infrastructure, including HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, advertising integrations, conversion tracking, reporting, inbound routing, and CRM data quality. Build automated spend and pipeline reporting, improve attribution and targeting, analyze funnel performance, and translate operational insights into campaign recommendations. This founding team-of-one role partners with Growth and RevOps to establish scalable systems, processes, and documentation.

Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, build trusted relationships, deliver proactive client support, and drive retention, renewals, and expansion. The role involves conducting business reviews, managing account health, identifying client needs, partnering with Sales and internal teams, influencing product improvements, and helping establish scalable customer success playbooks. Candidates should be consultative, organized, commercially minded, strong communicators, and comfortable using AI and automation.
