Build and maintain automated testing for products using C# and Selenium. Collaborate with local teams and coordinate execution with offshore engineers, while supporting mobile automation with Appium and potentially transitioning automation work to Playwright. Apply web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Lead cross-team coordination and collaborate remotely, with occasional in-person work in the Redmond area.

Manage and optimize global on-premises and Azure infrastructure, Windows and macOS endpoint platforms, and hybrid enterprise systems. Administer Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, SCCM, virtualization, and endpoint security controls. Provide Level 2/3 support, execute migrations and modernization initiatives, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, document procedures, support disaster recovery and compliance, and collaborate with network, security, identity, and service desk teams on reliable, scalable IT solutions.

Design and develop scalable web applications with a primary focus on React-based front-end development. Build reusable UI components, integrate REST APIs and backend services using Java or Scala, work with engineering, product, and data teams, and troubleshoot and optimize production systems. Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement of software engineering practices.
