The Customer Success Manager drives customer outcomes, adoption of Nulogy’s Manufacturing Operating System, and protects annual revenue by managing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

Lead and manage a cross-functional Agile product team, ensuring delivery, coaching developers, staffing and hiring, collaborating with Product Management on roadmap and resourcing, participating in engineering work (code reviews, on-call), tracking Kanban metrics, and driving team growth and performance.

Lead planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of integrated B2B demand generation programs across digital, paid, webinar, partner, event, and outbound channels to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve targeting, conversion paths, and channel ROI using data-driven experimentation and campaign performance analysis.
