Own the Federal product strategy, roadmap, goals, and go-to-market initiatives. Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, prioritize solutions, define performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with engineering to deliver technical SaaS and on-premises products. The role focuses on Federal agency capabilities, GRC features, self-hosted deployment, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity-related solutions.

Maintain secure, highly available, and performant production systems across cloud and Kubernetes environments. Build and improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, monitoring, automation, and incident response processes. Use AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and reducing operational toil.
