Provide technical support for a cybersecurity platform by responding to customer tickets, troubleshooting issues through written communication and Zoom, explaining APIs, data flows, and vulnerability management, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. The role includes improving support documentation and workflows, learning AI tools, and attending Belfast Metropolitan College one day per week as part of a Level 5 IT apprenticeship.

Contribute to production software systems supporting integrations, workflows, APIs, and internal tools. Build React frontend components, develop REST API and ETL integrations, write automated tests, debug distributed systems, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions. The internship includes mentorship, scoped engineering projects, and a final presentation of outcomes. No prior professional software engineering experience is required, though prior internship or equivalent experience is required.

Own and rapidly qualify inbound demand, converting demo requests, content leads, event follow-up, and trial interest into qualified meetings for account executives. Execute targeted ABX outbound sequences into named accounts, personalize messaging using AI tools, maintain sales processes in CRM and engagement platforms, and collaborate with marketing and AEs. Represent Nucleus at major cybersecurity events several times annually while developing strong product and buyer knowledge.
