Lead and deliver mechanical design for nuclear facilities from concept through detailed design. Provide technical leadership, resolve complex issues, ensure compliance with codes and regulatory requirements, mentor junior engineers, liaise with clients/vendors/regulators, support QA and reviews, and improve design tools, standards, and processes.

Design, build, and operate secure cloud and on-prem infrastructure for regulated environments. Lead containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and DevSecOps, IaC (Terraform/ARM), observability, reliability engineering, incident response, and platform standards to enable scalable SaaS and AI-enabled systems.

Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-native .NET systems for mission-critical nuclear workflows. Design scalable, resilient distributed applications, own CI/CD and deployment pipelines, drive technical roadmap, and raise engineering standards through code reviews, reliability practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and deliver complex electrical design for nuclear facilities from concept through detailed design. Provide technical direction, prepare and approve engineering deliverables to codes and regulations, interface with clients and vendors, mentor junior engineers, support QA and audits, and improve electrical design tools and processes. Occasional onsite travel required.

Design and implement end-to-end AI systems and production-grade components. Build and maintain RAG pipelines, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Write Python code using Azure AI SDK. Implement document digitization, vectorization, semantic search, and content summarization. Prepare training/evaluation datasets, participate in code reviews, and drive engineering quality and deployment of AI-powered SaaS workflows.

Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable full-stack applications and enhancements.
