Manage day-to-day IT operations for the Bellevue office and broader workforce: device provisioning, MDM, identity and access, SaaS administration, help desk, IT asset lifecycle, and compliance operations (SOC 2/ISO 27001) using tools like Vanta. Support audits, run access reviews, maintain controls documentation, and drive IT process improvements.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI agent orchestration/governance and enterprise semantic data layers. Define requirements, run customer discovery, write PRDs and API contracts, partner with engineering and compliance, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive go-to-market and executive alignment for enterprise insurance and financial services customers.
