Create persuasive fundraising copy across digital and traditional channels; design concepts and creative briefs; use data (ROI, CPA, retention) to explain performance; lead small project teams; manage timelines and billable targets; present and advocate creative solutions to clients; use AI tools responsibly to improve speed and efficiency.

Lead planning, optimisation, and analysis of paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, others). Translate data into actionable insights, build client partnerships, maintain tracking and reporting accuracy, and drive continuous improvement and testing to meet KPIs.

Lead visual design and art direction across digital, video, print, and direct mail for fundraising-focused campaigns. Own end-to-end creative projects, align cross-functional teams, partner with senior clients, and ensure design decisions drive measurable fundraising outcomes. Mentor internal designers, use AI responsibly to increase creative speed, and deliver high-quality, performance-driven creative under tight deadlines.
