Coordinate client order processing and inventory flow through 3PL facilities, act as primary customer liaison, manage client relationships and SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and support operations while following safety and SOPs.

Provide HR generalist support across multi-site operations: administer policies, manage full-cycle leave (FMLA/CFRA/PDL/WC), handle employee relations and investigations, maintain personnel records, conduct onboarding and benefits administration, assist wage-and-hour audits, and partner with managers on performance and terminations.

Supervise order fulfillment team to meet KPIs and financial goals. Train and develop staff, plan labor, monitor performance within SLAs, enforce safety and SOPs, and support continuous improvement.

Manage and grow client relationships, provide consultative account management, develop transportation and performance strategies, lead onboarding and review processes, present new services, forecast client growth, conduct profitability and pricing reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Lead operations for assigned facilities to meet KPIs and client SLAs. Own P&L and budgets, drive continuous improvement and WMS/CRM efficiencies, manage and develop direct reports, optimize labor planning, oversee safety, quality, productivity, client relationships, and project implementation. Role requires domestic and international travel and physical ability to perform operational tasks.
