Provide HR administrative support with focus on leave administration, onboarding, payroll liaison, benefits assistance, employee relations intake, personnel file management, temporary workforce coordination, and HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Manage shipment routing, scheduling, carrier coordination, and vendor compliance. Create labels/BOLs, maintain TMS/WMS credentials and manifests, investigate lost/damaged goods, quote rates, and maintain logistics documentation while supporting routing team and ensuring carrier and retailer compliance with SLAs and safety procedures.

Supervise and develop the order fulfillment team to meet KPIs and SLAs. Plan labor with DC Manager, enforce safety and SOPs, drive continuous improvement, monitor operational metrics, and maintain clean, efficient warehouse operations while providing feedback and training.

Process orders and receipts through 3PL facilities, serve as primary client liaison, handle customer service, allocation, traffic and routing, coordinate inventory and VAS, ensure SLAs are met, and follow safety and SOPs.

Provide health and safety support for distribution operations, ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, maintain safety records, deliver training and operator certification, conduct audits and incident investigations with root cause analysis, manage contractor/vendor safety, and support emergency response and safety culture initiatives.
