Coordinates outbound shipments, pickups, deliveries, carrier appointments, routing, shipment documentation, tracking, and compliance. Maintains manifests, bills of lading, labels, confirmations, and proof of delivery while resolving lost or damaged freight issues. Communicates with carriers, vendors, clients, and internal teams; quotes shipping rates, handles shipment changes, supports dangerous-goods and retailer-label compliance, and provides customer service. The role requires flexibility, organization, accuracy, occasional overtime, and physical work in warehouse conditions.

Coordinates outbound shipments, carrier pickups, deliveries, routing, shipping documentation, tracking, and shipment issue resolution. Maintains compliance with vendor routing guides, SLAs, dangerous-goods standards, and retailer labeling requirements. Creates shipping labels and bills of lading, monitors carrier appointments, prepares manifests and reports, communicates updates to clients and internal teams, and provides proof of delivery. Requires logistics coordination experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics systems, strong organization, and physical ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Supports client onboarding and system integration projects by coordinating with clients, project managers, IT, and product teams. Reviews ERP documentation and field mappings, manages end-to-end testing, supports Statements of Work, tracks project progress, helps meet deadlines, and provides client helpdesk assistance. The role also recommends process improvements, assists with billing flow, maintains brand standards, and delivers troubleshooting and customer support.
