Supervise order fulfillment operations, leading warehouse personnel, training and developing team members, monitoring KPIs and SLA performance, planning labor requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of customer commitments. The role supports safety, security, quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and continuous improvement while collaborating with the Distribution Center Manager and client stakeholders.

Leads a value-added services warehouse team by organizing tagging, repackaging, special projects, and general warehouse duties. Oversees training, delegates work, plans labor needs, meets service-level agreements and vendor compliance requirements, and ensures safety and standard operating procedures are followed. The role requires warehouse coordination, attention to detail, physical stamina, and effective team communication.

Supervise warehouse order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely deliveries, KPI and financial goal attainment, safety, quality, and SLA compliance. Lead training, cross-training, performance feedback, labor planning, and team development while coordinating with the distribution center manager and clients. Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow security protocols and standard operating procedures in a dynamic warehouse environment.
