Lead operations for assigned facilities to meet KPIs and client SLAs. Own P&L and budgets, drive continuous improvement and WMS/CRM efficiencies, manage and develop direct reports, optimize labor planning, oversee safety, quality, productivity, client relationships, and project implementation. Role requires domestic and international travel and physical ability to perform operational tasks.

Supervise and develop the order fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery, meet KPIs and financial goals, and maintain safety/SOP compliance. Monitor operational metrics and SLAs, plan labor with the DC Manager, provide feedback and training, keep work areas safe and clean, and perform other duties as assigned.
