Manage and grow client relationships, provide consultative account management, develop transportation and performance strategies, lead onboarding and review processes, present new services, forecast client growth, conduct profitability and pricing reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate shipments, vendor compliance, and routing for pick-ups and deliveries. Create labels and BOLs, schedule carriers (small parcel/LTL), maintain TMS/WMS portals and manifests, investigate lost/damaged goods, quote rates, and support facility layout and routing accuracy while following SOPs and safety protocols.

Support client onboarding and system integrations by liaising between clients and IT, managing SOWs, reviewing ERP/integration mappings, conducting end-to-end testing, assisting project scheduling within sprints, providing helpdesk troubleshooting, and ensuring billing and brand standards adherence.
