Leads B2B order fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, scanning, tagging, outbound auditing, and SLA compliance. Trains and cross-trains team members, delegates tasks, coordinates labor planning with supervisors and client services, and ensures accurate packaging, labeling, documentation, KPI performance, safety, security, and clean work areas. The role requires warehouse experience, leadership ability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate client order processing and inventory flow through 3PL facilities, act as primary customer liaison, manage client relationships and SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and support operations while following safety and SOPs.

Provide HR generalist support across multi-site operations: administer policies, manage full-cycle leave (FMLA/CFRA/PDL/WC), handle employee relations and investigations, maintain personnel records, conduct onboarding and benefits administration, assist wage-and-hour audits, and partner with managers on performance and terminations.
