Coordinates production control activities by generating and maintaining manufacturing work orders, supporting production scheduling, monitoring inventory availability, processing engineering change notices, updating ERP records, and providing production status information. The role performs data entry and clerical tasks, participates in production meetings, and communicates with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and other departments. Work is performed onsite in a climate-controlled warehouse and office environment, with occasional lifting and overtime as required.

Lead and manage manufacturing quality activities including incoming/in-process/final inspections, nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, supplier quality, continuous improvement, and quality systems to ensure products meet engineering and customer requirements.

Builds and assembles electrical/electromechanical subassemblies by cutting, routing, twisting, and connecting wires per blueprints and schematics. Performs rework/refurbishment, uses fine motor skills, follows computer drawings, participates in 5S/kaizen, reports issues, and supports cell KPIs and continuous improvement. Maintains safety and professional conduct.

The Electrical Engineer IV designs and maintains electrical systems, focuses on project execution, ensures compliance with standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
