Own the company safety program, including training, PPE, hazard controls, OSHA recordkeeping, and incident investigations. Manage material quality, certification, traceability, SOPs, and audit preparation from receiving through shipping. Conduct daily floor inspections, stop unsafe work, identify root causes, and maintain quality and safety systems. This is a full-time, in-person Detroit day-shift role with flexibility for second and weekend coverage.

Senior operator reporting to the CEO and overseeing business functions to scale the company. Responsibilities include launching new factories, managing and hiring teams, supporting financial management, executing strategic initiatives, developing new ideas, and using AI coding tools. The role requires strong autonomy, organization, attention to detail, and leadership in a full-time in-person setting in Los Angeles and/or Detroit.

The ML Engineer will build and deploy machine learning models to optimize operations in manufacturing, including demand intelligence and production monitoring.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack TypeScript systems that run factory operations: quoting, nesting, machine control, inventory, and customer portal. Integrate software with shop-floor hardware, spend time on the factory floor, use AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and drive ambiguous problems to production while shipping frequently.

Close new accounts with American manufacturers, own buyer and supply-chain relationships, quote and follow up quickly, learn alloys and tolerances, coordinate with software and purchasing to align inventory, use AI to research and scale outreach, build internal tools in Claude Code, grow accounts, and relay pricing/product feedback. Full-time, in-person role with significant equity and heavy weekly hours.

Build and scale digital acquisition and GTM systems: optimize paid spend vs. LTV, improve discovery-to-order funnel, lead SEO/answer-engine strategy, ship experiments, landing pages, integrations, and lifecycle automations using modern tools and data-driven product judgment.
