Teams at Nox Metals

Support accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, payments, collections, vendor reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting. Work with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financials and cash flow.

Lead daily floor operations across all shifts to ensure safety, throughput, quality, and efficiency. Manage technicians, remove bottlenecks, use data-driven decisions, partner with engineering, and keep material, orders, and people flowing to ship parts to spec and on time.

Build and maintain a TypeScript full-stack platform (NestJS, Next.js, React, Supabase) powering factory operations: quoting, nesting, machine control, inventory, and customer portal. Integrate software with shop-floor hardware, ship to production frequently, use AI tooling to accelerate development, and spend time on the factory floor to own features end-to-end.
