The ML Engineer will build and deploy machine learning models to optimize operations in manufacturing, including demand intelligence and production monitoring.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack TypeScript systems that run factory operations: quoting, nesting, machine control, inventory, and customer portal. Integrate software with shop-floor hardware, spend time on the factory floor, use AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and drive ambiguous problems to production while shipping frequently.

Own full-cycle recruiting across software, operations, supply chain, sales, and more. Source candidates, run intake, screening, debriefs, offers, and onboarding, build 30/60/90 plans, ensure cultural fit, and track early-tenure signals. Be organized, relentless, and aligned with Nox’s mission; work in-person in Detroit and support hires through their first 90 days.
