The Head of People and Recruiting will manage recruiting, HR operations, and onboarding to build a scalable workforce in Nox Metals' growing facilities.

Full‑stack software engineer building and shipping features across TypeScript/NestJS/React/Supabase apps. Own production systems end‑to‑end, work directly with floor operators and supply chain, replace manual work with software, and implement ML/AI features for demand intelligence and order parsing.

Build and maintain a TypeScript full-stack platform (NestJS, Next.js, React, Supabase) powering factory operations: quoting, nesting, machine control, inventory, and customer portal. Integrate software with shop-floor hardware, ship to production frequently, use AI tooling to accelerate development, and spend time on the factory floor to own features end-to-end.
