Own the post-sale customer experience across orders, shipments, issues, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Track order status and exceptions, provide customer-facing support and training for Gondor and NOX NEST, conduct business reviews, identify risks, coordinate with operations and supply chain, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering. Partner with sales teams to grow accounts and meet retention and expansion KPIs.

Own inbound RFQs and quoting from estimate through shipped order. Read drawings and specifications, validate alloys, tolerances, certifications, packaging, and delivery dates, then coordinate production, quality, supply chain, shipping, and outside sales. Maintain customer communication, identify order issues, log quote outcomes in the CRM, and manage multiple open quotes accurately in an in-person Detroit manufacturing environment.

Design and implement the site’s EHS program, conduct hazard assessments and incident investigations, manage OSHA/MIOSHA records and permits, and maintain audit readiness. Lead safety training and oversee PPE, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, forklift, and crane safety. Partner with operations and software teams on engineering controls. The role requires hands-on manufacturing safety leadership and may require weekend work.
