Lead the development of full-stack technical initiatives from architecture to production, collaborating with Product and Business teams. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security while mentoring engineers and establishing best practices.

Lead growth product strategy and roadmap to acquire, activate, and retain small-business customers. Run rigorous A/B experimentation across funnel stages, use cohort-based analysis and AI to accelerate discovery and personalization, partner with product/engineering/marketing to productionalize wins, own growth KPIs and instrumentation, and build and mentor a high-performing growth team while ensuring compliance in a regulated fintech.

The Senior Designer will lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, produce high-impact designs, partner with marketing teams, and develop visual system consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Lead a small team handling escalations, collections, and early Customer Success. Build CS frameworks, retention playbooks, and segmentation-based experiences. Drive closed-loop feedback into Product and Enablement, improve recovery outcomes, and deliver executive reporting on CX, risk, and retention metrics.
