Leads the design, automation, security, and operation of Novo’s AWS cloud infrastructure. Builds Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, observability systems, secure networking, and self-service tooling. Partners across engineering, product, and security teams, drives technical direction, supports hiring, and applies AI-assisted automation to incident response, infrastructure delivery, and operational efficiency.

Staff Product Designer will lead complex, cross-platform product design initiatives across banking, payments, lending, and invoicing. Responsibilities include product strategy, interaction and visual design, design-system ownership, accessibility, regulated-product experiences, AI-assisted workflows, critique, mentoring, and cross-functional influence. The role requires shaping roadmaps, partnering with engineering, compliance, risk, and legal, and delivering measurable, production-ready experiences across web and native mobile.

Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels. Manage campaigns, budgets, tracking, attribution, reporting, and optimization against CAC, ROAS, CPA, and signup targets. Develop testing plans for audiences, creative, bidding, and landing pages; build dashboards and AI-assisted workflows; and collaborate with design, analytics, lifecycle, and growth teams. Communicate performance insights and budget recommendations to stakeholders while driving efficient customer growth.

Support and enhance enterprise compliance programs by monitoring escalations, researching regulations, performing control testing and data analysis, preparing management and regulatory reporting, managing investigations and regulatory responses, and collaborating with multiple lines of business to implement improvements.

Manage KYC, KYB, AML, and customer due diligence processes for onboarding and periodic reviews. Conduct enhanced due diligence, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media investigations, and suspicious activity risk assessments. Escalate high-risk cases, monitor account actions, cross-reference databases, and support fraud mitigation. The role also contributes to process improvements, training, SOP development, and independently managing analytics projects while meeting SLAs and compliance requirements.

Lead growth product strategy and roadmap to acquire, activate, and retain small-business customers. Run rigorous A/B experimentation across funnel stages, use cohort-based analysis and AI to accelerate discovery and personalization, partner with product/engineering/marketing to productionalize wins, own growth KPIs and instrumentation, and build and mentor a high-performing growth team while ensuring compliance in a regulated fintech.

The Senior Designer will lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, produce high-impact designs, partner with marketing teams, and develop visual system consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Lead a small team handling escalations, collections, and early Customer Success. Build CS frameworks, retention playbooks, and segmentation-based experiences. Drive closed-loop feedback into Product and Enablement, improve recovery outcomes, and deliver executive reporting on CX, risk, and retention metrics.
