Own full-cycle recruiting across North America for product, operations, credit, banking, compliance, marketing, and go-to-market roles. Operate and improve Novo’s AI recruiting stack, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline reporting agents. Maintain ATS data quality, evaluate candidate quality, improve recruiting funnels, ensure compliant and fair processes, manage offers, and partner with hiring managers and People and AI teams.

Leads the design, automation, security, and operation of Novo’s AWS cloud infrastructure. Builds Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, observability systems, secure networking, and self-service tooling. Partners across engineering, product, and security teams, drives technical direction, supports hiring, and applies AI-assisted automation to incident response, infrastructure delivery, and operational efficiency.

Staff Product Designer will lead complex, cross-platform product design initiatives across banking, payments, lending, and invoicing. Responsibilities include product strategy, interaction and visual design, design-system ownership, accessibility, regulated-product experiences, AI-assisted workflows, critique, mentoring, and cross-functional influence. The role requires shaping roadmaps, partnering with engineering, compliance, risk, and legal, and delivering measurable, production-ready experiences across web and native mobile.
