Own and administer Kustomer and the customer operations tech stack (telephony, chat, Slack), build AI agent copilots, maintain system health, automate processes, create dashboards and SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to improve agent and customer experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, and leadership roles while building AI-driven recruiting workflows, automations, and scalable processes. Partner with hiring managers to design structured interviews, scorecards, and workforce planning. Improve sourcing, conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring efficiency through data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.
