Plan and execute cloud migration and infrastructure improvement projects to migrate/refactor applications to Azure. Implement Azure IaaS/PaaS patterns, ARM templates, blueprints, policies, and DR/BC solutions. Build automation and cloud operations monitoring tools, support Cloud Operations, and produce policies, procedures, and training. Maintain deep expertise in Azure, M365/O365, Exchange, AD, networking, Intune, and PowerShell.

Sell NOVO's cloud and Microsoft 365 advisory and implementation services to small businesses. Generate leads, perform needs analysis, deliver presentations and demos, manage complex sales cycles, build client relationships, use CRM for pipeline management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet/exceed sales targets.

Provide phone, webchat, and in-person IT support resolving hardware, software, network, and printer issues; administer Office 365 and business applications; document incidents in the help desk system; assist with office moves and computer refreshes; maintain regular attendance and lift up to 50 lbs.
