Technical GTM Intern will support AI startups and engineering teams evaluating and adopting Novita AI. Responsibilities include understanding technical workloads, assisting with APIs and inference infrastructure, troubleshooting with engineers, supporting quotas and production rollouts, researching prospects, tracking adoption, building demos, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role combines technical discovery, customer engineering, and go-to-market while collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams.

Works directly with customers to deploy, integrate, debug, and scale AI applications, model APIs, inference infrastructure, and agent sandbox environments. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, building integrations and automation, supporting proofs of concept, translating recurring issues into product requirements, and developing reusable solutions. The role combines software engineering, infrastructure, product, and customer-facing technical work.

Partner with customers to deploy and integrate Novita AI products (model APIs, GPU hosting, agent sandboxes), debug production systems (APIs, networking, containers, GPUs), build customer-specific integrations and tooling, run PoCs, travel to customer sites, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new B2B customers, conducting technical discovery calls, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with global teams.
