Supports customers building and deploying production AI systems. Responsibilities include integrating model APIs and agent sandboxes, debugging API, networking, container, Linux, and inference issues, building demos and scripts, documenting solutions, and partnering with product, engineering, and SRE teams to improve customer deployments and products.

Technical GTM Intern will support AI startups and engineering teams evaluating and adopting Novita AI. Responsibilities include understanding technical workloads, assisting with APIs and inference infrastructure, troubleshooting with engineers, supporting quotas and production rollouts, researching prospects, tracking adoption, building demos, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role combines technical discovery, customer engineering, and go-to-market while collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams.

Works directly with customers to deploy, integrate, debug, and scale AI applications, model APIs, inference infrastructure, and agent sandbox environments. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, building integrations and automation, supporting proofs of concept, translating recurring issues into product requirements, and developing reusable solutions. The role combines software engineering, infrastructure, product, and customer-facing technical work.
