Lead and close complex enterprise deals with insurance brokers, MGAs, MGUs and wholesalers. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, run RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, present to C-level stakeholders, and expand strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.

Lead global marketing and GTM strategy to drive pipeline, revenue, brand visibility, and customer expansion. Own demand generation, ABM, martech roadmap, analyst relations, and ROI-driven budget management. Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the Exec Team; report performance to the Board and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Lead Novidea's global demand generation and growth strategy, owning ABM, intent-led programs, campaign architecture, content and digital strategies, and pipeline creation. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops, manage the Product Marketing Lead, and optimize performance and ROI across global markets.

The SDR will manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives and the sales team.

The Regional Growth Marketing Manager drives pipeline growth and market expansion in North America and APAC, executing programs and initiatives to support sales and brand presence.
