Provides technical and commercial sales support across APAC, reviewing customer requirements, selecting and sizing equipment, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on opportunities, coordinating with engineering and technical teams, and assisting with warranty enquiries and troubleshooting. The role requires customer communication, technical equipment knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong organization. HVAC, ventilation, air movement, or related industrial equipment experience is advantageous.

Serve as the UK Head of Finance, partnering with the MD and leadership to drive financial performance, forecasting, project financial control, contract risk review, reporting, payroll/VAT/statutory compliance, and support HR and operations. Work closely with Group finance in Denmark while leading UK financial governance and commercial discipline.

Serve as the functional IFS specialist linking business, IT and external partners: elicit requirements, design IFS configurations, validate partner solutions, lead SIT/UAT, support integrations, data validation and adoption across Finance, Project, Supply Chain, Production and Engineering.

Lead NOVENCO's DACH business with full P&L accountability: drive sales growth, develop local teams, secure key projects and partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance (CE/ATEX), represent the company externally, and align local market needs with HQ product and R&D strategies.

Design and build electrical schematics, wiring and control panels for custom ventilation projects using Eplan. Integrate and test PLCs, HMIs, controllers, sensors and actuators, develop test plans, perform verification and fault testing, document wiring diagrams/BOMs/test reports, collaborate with mechanical engineers and Controls Lead, and support prototype commissioning and continuous improvement to reduce build complexity.

Lead sourcing for Design-to-Order (DTO) solutions by identifying, developing and negotiating with suppliers to support engineered, modular and customised components. Drive supplier involvement in early design phases, manage supplier KPIs, reduce complexity by increasing component reuse, and build resilient long-term partnerships balancing cost, quality, delivery and sustainability.

Partner with Sales, Project Management and R&D leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, P&L variance analysis, and project financial control. Prepare consolidated monthly reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, support business cases and strategic investments, identify financial risks and opportunities, and improve controlling processes and performance management across the organisation.

Lead cross‑functional R&D Design‑to‑Order projects from customer specification through design, validation and handover. Own technical requirements, risk assessments, supplier coordination, DFMEA, verification/validation, documentation control, and stakeholder reporting to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
