Source and engage candidates across international markets for technical, commercial, and operational roles. Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches; research target companies; conduct initial outreach; review applications; coordinate interviews across time zones; maintain accurate candidate records in Teamtailor; and track sourcing activity. The role supports recruitment administration and works under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition Partner across Europe and APAC.

Lead NOVENCO’s international HVAC project execution portfolio across multiple regions. Establish governance, operating models, and capability strategy while owning revenue, margins, cash flow, forecasting, risk, quality, contracts, and customer commitments. Develop project managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, guide negotiations, and drive recovery plans for complex projects. Report to the CEO and provide strategic leadership across global markets.

Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by analyzing production processes, identifying root causes, implementing Lean and Kaizen improvements, standardizing work methods, monitoring KPIs, and improving productivity, quality, material flow, capacity, and delivery performance. The role combines hands-on production support with structured improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
