Supervise operations and maintenance activities at solar plants and battery energy storage sites. Perform electrical repairs, replace modules and inverter components, support SCADA activities, manage subcontractors, conduct site inductions and pre-start meetings, document completed work in CMMS, report work status, and follow WHS procedures. The role requires electrical trade expertise, solar farm O&M knowledge, data communications experience, high-voltage switching capability, and regional travel.

Designs, builds, and evolves NovaSource’s enterprise Azure and Databricks data platform. Responsibilities include data modeling, medallion architecture, data mesh implementation, ETL/ELT pipeline optimization, governance, security, monitoring, automation, and performance engineering. The role also integrates AI, LLM, and agentic capabilities, supports contractual and regulatory reporting, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, documents architecture, and mentors technical teams.
