Designs, implements, administers, and troubleshoots security technologies protecting IT and OT environments. Responsibilities include SIEM, EDR, DLP, network security, vulnerability management, detection engineering, automation, incident response, reporting, secure configuration, documentation, compliance support, and collaboration with technical teams and vendors. Requires hands-on cybersecurity experience, scripting skills, systems and networking knowledge, and experience securing OT, ICS, or SCADA environments.

Owns technical accountability for NovaSource’s Salesforce, ServiceMax, and Business Central platforms. Manages configuration, environments, permissions, integrations, releases, change control, testing, vendor deliverables, recovery plans, and production approvals. Oversees integration monitoring, rollback validation, sandbox governance, and technical acceptance for billing transformation milestones involving financial transactions.

The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Leader facilitates Scrum ceremonies, manages Agile processes and artifacts, removes blockers, coaches software engineering teams, and improves sprint predictability, throughput, quality, and communication. The role partners with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize backlogs, track delivery metrics, and establish effective development standards for digital products supporting solar and battery energy storage operations.
