Coordinates fleet maintenance, inspections, compliance records, utilization, fuel costs, and vendor relationships. Supports procurement, inventory, logistics, process improvement, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional operational projects. Maintains fleet and supply chain data, monitors KPIs, and collaborates with PMO, Operations, Finance, field teams, vendors, repair shops, and leasing companies. The role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional.

Supervise field service and contractors supporting solar photovoltaic systems. Perform commissioning, testing, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, performance testing, and customer training. Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, documentation, work-order completion, and compliance with Job Hazard Analysis and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Coordinate site planning, installations, procurement materials, vendor services, and communication with remote operators. The role requires electrical expertise, remote field work, travel, and 24/7 on-call availability.

Supervise operations and maintenance activities at solar plants and battery energy storage sites. Perform electrical repairs, replace modules and inverter components, support SCADA activities, manage subcontractors, conduct site inductions and pre-start meetings, document completed work in CMMS, report work status, and follow WHS procedures. The role requires electrical trade expertise, solar farm O&M knowledge, data communications experience, high-voltage switching capability, and regional travel.
