Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for a government enterprise contact center. Own technical requirements, architecture, integrations, security, data migration, release management, CI/CD, and lifecycle deployments. Develop with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components; configure Salesforce workflows and integrate cloud and on-premises systems. Establish development standards, manage technical risks, support team training, and communicate technical strategy to stakeholders.

Leads enterprise software QA efforts from test strategy and requirements analysis through execution, defect triage, traceability, and release readiness. Supervises testers, coordinates cross-functional testing, manages Azure DevOps test artifacts, designs functional and automated tests, validates APIs, databases, and data pipelines, and reports quality risks. Requires extensive Playwright or Selenium automation experience, with Playwright and TypeScript preferred, plus Git, CI/CD, SQL, and enterprise QA leadership experience.

Advises enterprise clients on technology strategy, requirements, architectures, modernization, implementation risks, and cost-benefit tradeoffs. Evaluates infrastructure, software, security, data, cloud, and on-premises systems; translates business processes into technical solutions; conducts gap and feasibility analyses; and communicates recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The role also supports solution planning with project teams and may contribute to security audits, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
