Create and execute test plans, perform functional/integration/regression/UAT, manage defects, coordinate testing across teams, produce QA documentation and reports, support releases and production validation, and mentor junior QA staff.

Lead design and delivery of agentic AI and conversational assistant solutions across Google, AWS, and Microsoft ecosystems. Mentor and review engineers, design APIs and conversational flows, train and deploy models, build monitoring dashboards, ensure security and compliance, run POCs, integrate assistants with enterprise systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with governance and architecture.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data architecture and models. Define data flows and integration patterns (on-prem and cloud), optimize ETL/ELT processes, manage Snowflake and RDBMS performance, enforce data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable analytics solutions.
