Modernize legacy VB.NET and .NET Framework applications to C# and .NET 8+, while designing and maintaining secure web applications. Deploy and troubleshoot systems on IIS and on-premises Windows Server, manage Azure DevOps CI/CD and version control, and ensure security, reliability, auditability, compliance, and operational stability. Collaborate with stakeholders, document changes, manage operational risk, support legacy codebases, and provide technical guidance within restricted enterprise environments.

Administer, configure, maintain, and support Tableau Server while developing dashboards and reports. Lead a Tableau center of excellence, manage an internal user community, consult with business stakeholders, train staff, analyze requirements, and provide guidance on data modeling, data warehousing, dashboard design, and Tableau development standards.

Supports CCWIS and CCMS projects through requirements analysis, business process modeling, documentation, risk mitigation, and user acceptance testing. Develops business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, and reporting requirements, traceability matrices, test plans, and test cases. Collaborates with project managers, IT teams, customers, and government stakeholders. Requires strong Excel, analytical, communication, organization, and self-direction skills, plus experience with state and federal projects, particularly Maine child welfare systems.
