Consultants will provide engineering and advisory support across Defence technology and mission projects. Provide integrated logistics consultancy for Defence projects: assess systems and processes, deliver technical solutions, engage stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support multi-project delivery.

Provide explosive ordnance engineering consultancy to Defence clients: review requirements, assess risks, deliver technical advice and reports, solve complex engineering problems, support multidisciplinary teams, and build long-term client relationships.

Leads business development and capture activities across Defence, government, emergency services, mining, utilities, and space. Owns strategic pipelines, builds senior stakeholder relationships, shapes opportunities, develops win strategies, governs bid/no-bid decisions, coordinates technical and delivery teams, and supports contract handover and mobilisation. Requires strong Commonwealth acquisition experience, commercial judgment, executive communication skills, Australian citizenship, and current AGSVA NV1 clearance.

Create and maintain integrated docking schedules, sequence and deconflict workpacks, update forecasts, assess schedule impacts, identify risks/opportunities, and provide schedule analysis and reporting to support EW defence projects.

The role involves providing specialist engineering support in Defence contexts, focusing on systems engineering lifecycle activities, verification, validation, and safety assurance, while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
