Build and maintain backend-first full-stack systems powering scheduling, forecasting and embedded analytics. Ship production APIs, data pipelines and customer-facing features, collaborate with data scientists, engage customers, and iterate on ML-driven forecasting and insights.

The Staff Engineer will tackle complex problems in backend and product development, guiding technical direction, driving cross-team alignment, and enhancing team effectiveness while promoting system-wide improvements.

Own end-to-end onboarding for Mid‑Market customers: manage projects from pre-sales to handover, drive product adoption and time-to-value, build scalable SOPs and playbooks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and surface customer insights to influence product and close gaps between Sales and Customer Success.
