Build success plans, manage pilots and go-lives, identify churn and upsell opportunities, resolve issues, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Onboarding. Develop scalable customer engagement, renewal, and expansion playbooks for the growing US team.

Process payroll for hospitality clients, manage payroll inbox queries, maintain compliant payroll records, escalate complex issues, and support ad hoc payroll tasks and projects.

Lead and coach a high-activity outbound BDR team in a B2B SaaS company. Own daily performance metrics, carry a personal pipeline quota, run 1:1s and call reviews, improve qualification and handoff quality, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Be present in-office ~3 days/week to set team energy and drive consistent pipeline generation.
