Own a from-scratch rebuild of Nory's mobile app using React Native and TypeScript, ensuring reliability on low-spec devices and poor connectivity. Set architecture, design system, and migration plan, ship an MVP, integrate AI agents to speed development, and grow the codebase into a platform for cross-functional teams while maintaining high UX and reliability standards.

Lead Nory’s US customer success function, owning retention, adoption, expansion, and strategic customer relationships. Build an AI-native CS operating model using automation, health scoring, churn prediction, and data-driven playbooks. Recruit, coach, and develop the team; establish scalable processes and SOPs; drive adoption of Nory’s AI product; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support to improve the customer lifecycle.

Own end-to-end SMB sales cycle for Nory's restaurant management SaaS: convert high-volume pipeline into fast ARR, run discovery and demos, build relationships with owners and GMs, execute short sales cycles (14-45 days), and feed insights to shape the SMB GTM playbook.
