Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise hospitality operators, from strategic pipeline development through discovery, demonstrations, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and closing. Drive ARR growth by landing major hospitality groups and expanding accounts through upselling. Partner with GTM leadership to accelerate deal velocity, position Nory’s SaaS platform, and help shape the company’s enterprise hospitality sales playbook.

Lead Nory’s US customer success function, owning retention, adoption, expansion, and strategic customer relationships. Build an AI-native CS operating model using automation, health scoring, churn prediction, and data-driven playbooks. Recruit, coach, and develop the team; establish scalable processes and SOPs; drive adoption of Nory’s AI product; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support to improve the customer lifecycle.

Process payroll for hospitality clients, manage payroll inbox queries, maintain compliant payroll records, escalate complex issues, and support ad hoc payroll tasks and projects.
