Coordinate NYC DOH and FDNY permit applications and renewals for ~8 summer camp sites: prepare and submit forms, track submissions and inspections, maintain digital records, communicate with DOH and internal teams, and support compliance and inspections during the season.

Prepare, assemble, and pack STEM materials and project kits; maintain a clean, organized inventory workspace; support counting inventory and localized shipments; perform physical tasks and occasional local deliveries; operate basic hand and power tools after training; assist operational needs to enable teachers and campers.

Design, implement, and maintain Airtable and Zapier automations for program management workflows. Audit and troubleshoot integrations, document systems, train staff, and identify process improvements to optimize operations and reduce manual work.

Lead and manage a Manhattan summer camp site for ages 3–12: coach and train counselors, oversee daily operations and facilities, maintain administrative records, engage families, and step in to teach when needed. Ensure safety, high-quality camper experiences, and staff development while supporting program growth and compliance.

Lead and support daily camp operations and instruction for STEM campers. Coach and train teachers, manage resources and schedules, cultivate family relationships, and ensure safety, engagement, and NORY core values are upheld.

Support camp operations by assisting with materials, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Manage registrations, produce reports, maintain calendars and office inventory, draft correspondence and contracts, and help ensure smooth logistics for large-scale STEM camp programs.

Prepare, sort, assemble, pack, and inventory specialized STEM arts, crafts, and engineering kits. Maintain a clean, organized central workspace, assist with localized material shipments and pick-ups, support daily camp operations, and perform physical tasks including lifting and tool use after training.
