Source passive candidates through tailored outreach, manage inbound applications in LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby, conduct structured first-round screens, track recruiting metrics, coordinate interviews, and maintain a warm candidate bench. The role partners with hiring managers across multiple departments to fill priority openings while maintaining a fast, organized, and respectful hiring process.

Prepare, sort, assemble, and pack STEM, arts, crafts, and engineering project kits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory workspace, count materials, and assist with localized shipments, deliveries, and pickups. The role requires learning basic hand and power tools, strong organization, attention to detail, communication, physical stamina, and occasional navigation of NYC neighborhoods.

Design and fabricate hands-on STEM camp projects in robotics, engineering, woodworking, electronics, and digital fabrication for children ages 3–12. Create interdisciplinary, story-driven learning experiences; communicate designs through video; and train and coach teachers to safely use tools, machinery, and projects. Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating maker projects and explaining design choices, purpose, and educational potential.

Coordinate permits for approximately eight NYC summer camp locations, including preparing NYC DOH documentation, tracking submissions and inspections, maintaining records, and communicating updates to internal teams. Support compliance preparation and provide administrative and logistical assistance during permit reviews and inspections. The role may extend through summer to assist with ongoing compliance, DOH requirements, summons results, and site inspections.
