Teams at NORY

Coordinate NYC DOH and FDNY permit applications and renewals for ~8 summer camp sites: prepare and submit forms, track submissions and inspections, maintain digital records, communicate with DOH and internal teams, and support compliance and inspections during the season.

Lead customer relationships and support for NORY families, manage and mentor support staff, drive community engagement and retention, collect and act on family feedback to improve programs, oversee customer operations and reporting, and lead strategic initiatives like partnerships, events, and enrollment optimization.

Serve as the CEO's on-site proxy to drive execution across the organization. Translate strategy into concrete plans, manage the CEO's schedule and information flow, close action items, lead cross-functional operational initiatives (hiring, onboarding, SOPs, reporting), and make priority decisions with delegated authority. Build scalable systems, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain organizational alignment and accountability.
