Design and fabricate hands-on STEM projects (robotics, engineering, woodworking) for ages 3–12; create immersive interdisciplinary learning experiences; produce teacher-facing assets and video training; coach teachers on safe tool use; integrate child development principles; deliver portfolios demonstrating electronics, fabrication, microcontrollers, and coding work.

Prepare, sort, assemble, pack, and stage arts, crafts, and engineering project kits. Maintain a clean, organized central inventory workspace, count inventory, and help prepare localized shipments or deliveries. Learn safe use of basic hand and power tools, perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending), and support teachers and campers with efficient logistical and operational execution.

Support camp operations by helping manage materials, staffing, registrations, scheduling, and office inventory. Provide administrative support, produce reports, draft correspondence and contracts, and assist leadership across departments to ensure smooth, high-quality summer camp experiences for thousands of children.
