Manage day-to-day supplier quality for manufacturing: contain and resolve supplier non-conformances, lead root-cause investigations (8D, 5 Why), drive corrective actions, maintain records and KPI reporting, support audits and continuous improvement to meet IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards.

Diagnose complex/intermittent faults across ECUs, CAN networks, wiring, sensors, actuators and vehicle software; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions; define dealer diagnostics/repairs; support reflashing, calibration and field campaigns; monitor warranty data; provide technical reports, training and cross-functional liaison with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and aftersales.

Lead global analytics and insights strategy to unify customer data across marketing, CRM, dealers and retail. Drive performance marketing, attribution modelling, customer 360, experimentation, and data-led optimisation to improve conversion, retention, lifetime value, and executive decision-making. Build and lead a high-performing global analytics team.

Independently audit completed motorcycles against engineering specifications and quality standards. Identify and document cosmetic, dimensional and functional defects, analyse audit data for trends, support root cause investigations, verify corrective actions, and work with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality to drive continuous improvement and production readiness.

Lead the Plant Quality Engineering team to implement and sustain quality systems across manufacturing. Drive root-cause problem solving, CAPA, process capability and validation (Cp/Cpk, MSA, SPC), PFMEA and control plans, audits (LPA/internal), NPI quality, supplier issue resolution, and continuous improvement to meet ISO 9001 and automotive quality standards.

Support NPD Quality deliverables: develop product inspection processes, run DFMEA/PFMEA/design reviews, prepare gateway evidence, manage build/test issues, liaise with supplier and vehicle quality teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Support product costing for premium motorcycles by developing component/vehicle cost models, preparing should-cost analyses, validating supplier quotes, negotiating costs, and driving cost-reduction through cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing.

Lead investigation, containment and root-cause analysis of engine and powertrain customer issues using field data, testing and failure analysis. Coordinate repairs, corrective actions and validations with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and dealers; provide diagnostic support, training and technical reports to prevent recurrence.

Plan and monitor product milestone gateways and PLM reviews, deliver market and competitor intelligence, develop reports and dashboards, support portfolio planning and cross-functional strategy, and analyse sales performance to inform product decisions.
